By accessing or using ChronosBe services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

Service Description

ChronosBe provides AI-powered helpdesk support solutions designed for higher education institutions. Our service integrates with your existing portal and Freshservice infrastructure to provide student-facing support automation.

Deployment Model

ChronosBe is deployed as a containerized solution within your institution's environment. You are responsible for hosting, maintaining, and securing the deployment according to your institution's policies.

Customer Responsibilities

As a customer, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information about your portal and Freshservice setup
• Maintain appropriate security controls for your deployment
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including FERPA
• Use the service only for its intended purpose

Intellectual Property

The ChronosBe software, documentation, and related materials are proprietary to ChronosBe. You receive a license to use the software as provided in your service agreement.

Limitation of Liability

ChronosBe is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
